<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highpile cloth for a painting roller, capable of corresponding to the change of properties of a coating material in recent years. <P>SOLUTION: The highpile cloth for the painting roller comprises pile yarns including≥30 mass.% staple fiber having three-dimensional crimps, and has 10-18 mm pile height. The pile cloth has a dense layer (Bo) having 5-9 mm height from the ground part and a bulky layer (Su) formed at the upper layer side so as to contact with the dense layer (Bo), and contains substantially no fused part of the fibers of the pile yarn constituting the highpile cloth to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
