PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment assembling device capable of facilitating assembly of segments when assembling segments on an internal wall face of a tunnel having different shape cross sections. SOLUTION: This segment assembling device 8 for assembling segments along the internal wall face of the tunnel having rectangular cross section and excavated by a shield machine 1 is provided with a ringlike rotary body 35 provided rotatably in a vertical face in a barrel body 2, a pair of cylinder devices 38 for travel supported around a horizontal shaft core at left and right positions of the rotary body so as to swing, a segment holding body 40 whose both end parts are connected with tip parts of rods 38a for retraction of both cylinder devices by pins, respectively, and a cylinder device 41 for adjusting attitude of the cylinder device on one side provided in the rotary body.
