发明名称 MOVING MAGNET LINEAR ACTUATOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving magnet linear actuator in which eddy current loss occurring on the stator base side due to movement of a moving member, i.e. a field permanent magnet, can be reduced while preventing degradation of accuracy or increase of viscous friction incident to temperature rise of a stator base. SOLUTION: The moving magnet linear actuator has a length equivalent to the overall length of a coil 11 being set on a stator base 2, and a core 10 formed by laminating thin electromagnetic steel plates in the direction perpendicular to the advancing direction of a moving member is buried oppositely to an armature 1 in a recess 2A having a dimension equivalent to the width dimension of a field permanent magnet 3. Since electric resistance is increased at the stator section and the moving member, i.e. the field permanent magnet, moves on the stator, eddy current loss due to interlinkage of field flux can be reduced and iron loss reduction effect can be enhanced under high speed.
