PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle sensor which improves reliability and durability without deteriorating detection accuracy. SOLUTION: The angle sensor 10 comprises a reed switch 14 having higher strength than that of conventional ones and a permanent magnet 12 made of a stronger metallic magnet than a conventional ferrite magnet. The sensor uses a magnetic fluid 13 containing magnetic fine particles having a minute average particle diameter of 2 to 7nm, preventing segregation of the magnetic fine particles.
