PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bore a through-hole 36 for introducing ink into an ink flow passage before cutting process after forming a fine electrode on a glass substrate 3, in a method for manufacturing an inkjet head by joining the glass substrate 3 and a substrate 2 in which the passage is formed. SOLUTION: The inkjet head 10 is manufactured by a method consisting of the processes of: forming a fine electrode pattern on the glass substrate 3; forming the through-hole 36 on the glass substrate 3; joining; and cutting.
