PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative multilayered sheet used as a surface layer in place of coating in order to enhance the designability of various molded products. SOLUTION: In this decorative multilayered sheet having a layered constitution of at least three layers comprising a surface layer, a decorative layer and an adhesive layer, the surface layer is a clear layer comprising an ionomer of an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer and the decorative layer is an ionomer layer of an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer compounded with an aluminum powder and/or a colorant with an average particle size of 0.1-50μm while the adhesive layer is a layer of an ethylene copolymer polymerized by a metallocene catalyst or a resin composition layer of an olefin polymer such as polypropylene, polyethylene or the like, an amorphous or low crystalline ethylene/α-olefin copolymer and a tackifier resin.
