PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipeline washing device and a pipeline washing method for an endoscope capable of easily and surely brushing and washing the inside of a pipeline and sanitarily executing brushing work further. SOLUTION: The pipeline washing device for the endoscope comprises: a flexible brush wire body provided with a brush part on one end side of a flexible shaft, which can be inserted and detached to/from an endoscope pipeline; a discharge type automatic winding device provided with an entrance opening for inserting the flexible brush wire body, an exit opening for discharging it and a driving source for sending out the flexible brush wire body inserted from the entrance opening to the exit opening; and a housing device for housing the flexible brush wire body discharged from the discharge type automatic winding device.
