METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REPLACING GAS IN CONTAINER AND METHOD OF FILLING DRINK LIQUID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a following mechanism for a rotary type gas replacing line and to improve gas replacement. SOLUTION: A plurality of containers B are revolved in synchronism with the rotation of the plane of rotation. A nozzle lever 41 rotates in a swinging manner in a predetermined angle around a revolving rotary shaft 35. An inert gas is jetted into the opening 56 at the upper part of the containers from the injection port 55 of the lever 41 for replacing gas in the containers with the inert gas. The opening 56 is positioned at a retreat rotation position I where the injection port of the lever 41 is moved away from the opening 56 and retreated from the opening 56. The jetting of the inert gas is stopped and the revolution and replacement are simultaneously executed in a regulated time zone for simplifying a flattery mechanism. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
