PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing structure of a lightweight part in which a foam member formed on an inner wall surface of a beam member is not broken by a connecting member. SOLUTION: A clamp mounting hole 1d is provided on a CCB part 1 to fix connection duct parts 3a, 3b which are the lightweight parts on the CCB part 1, and an encircled duct part 2 is formed on the inner wall surface of the CCB part 1. The connection duct parts 3a, 3b are fixed on the CCB part 1 by inserting a clamp 40 into the clamp mounting holes 1d, 3d by devising the clamp mounting hole 3d provided on the connection duct parts 3a, 3b and the clamp mounting hole 1d provided on the CCB part 1 to be communicated to each other. At this time the connection duct parts 3a, 3b are fixed with the clamp 40 without the encircled duct part 2 to be broken since the encircled duct part 2 absorbs the protrusions of the distal end part of the clamp 40 by elastic deformation.
