摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a processed food enabling general users to easily get the hygienic spawn of Caspian Sea yogurt. SOLUTION: This processed food is obtained through a process of culturing yogurt bacteria containing mainly Acetobacter and streptococcus cremoris, a process of subjecting the cultured yogurt bacteria to freeze-drying treatment, a process of pulverizing the yogurt bacteria after being subjected to the freeze-drying treatment to form a powdery processed food containing the spawn of Caspian Sea yogurt, a process of granulating the pulverized processed food and a process of mixing granular collagen with the processed food. It is all right to add, if necessary, vitamin C to the processed food. The production method makes it possible to produce in large quantities the processed food (i.e. a material of Caspian Sea yogurt) containing only genuine and hygienic yogurt bacteria of Caspian Sea yogurt without mixing of germs or mold.
