PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and inexpensive tool of a simple structure performing operation in a standing state without bending the waist according to a simple operation method in auxiliary seeding operation by another's hand for reducing a decrease in harvests with defective germination of beans, and the like, after mechanical seeding. SOLUTION: A hole 8 for seeding is dug by thrusting a spatula 5 having a tip of an acute angle mounted on the tip of a pipe 4 into soil 9 and shaking and rotating the spatula so that seeding can be performed by standing operation in seeding operation. Each seed 1 passed through the pipe 4 and mounted in the hole 8 for seeding is surely embedded into the soil 9 without damaging the seed 1 by a vortex produced by shaking and rotating the spatula 5.
