PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sealability while facilitating molding by simplifying a shape of a seal member when a clearance between the opening peripheral edge of a dash panel and a case is sealed. SOLUTION: A lower side seal surface part 23 opposed to the dash panel P is formed on the case 3. A cooler side pipe member 21 connected to an evaporator is projected to an engine room E through an opening 23a in the lower side seal surface part 23 and an opening 24 in the dash panel P. A seal member 30 formed of a case side seal component member 31 and a panel side seal component member 32 is disposed between the opening 24 peripheral edge of the dash panel P and the lower side seal surface part 23. The case side seal component member 31 is formed of a urethane foam material. The panel side seal component member 32 is formed of an EPDM foam material. The through hole of the panel side seal component member 32 is set smaller than the pipe member 21 in their diameters, and the panel side seal member 32 is fitted onto the pipe member 21 to form a lip part 32b.
