PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem of conventional hot air drying work: because the conventional hot air drying work uses a stand equipped with a heat source fixed at a specific angle, and a worker oneself decides whether a temperature of an irradiated object rises to a prescribed temperature or not, and appropriately manually moves the stand to perform the drying work, a temperature of a painted face differs according to a degree of skill, and often becomes unevenness, especially in the case of a large area. SOLUTION: By rotating a roller 8 on a roller plate 9 installed to a motor 7, a lever 10 supporting the heat source 1 and a reflection plate 12 is rocked at a constant angle. By a method measuring the painted face temperature by a temperature sensor 16 and controlling/shutting off heat source current, uniform heating and quantitative temperature grasp are performed.
