The device has a number of outwardly directed micro-openings for the emanation of a fluid under pressure in the form of outward facing openings of micro-bores in a body outwardly bounding the guidance element and also bounding a hollow volume with an opening diameter of less than or equal to 300 microns. At least one wall section with micro-bores has a dirt and/or ink repelling treatment on its surface.
