PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder fixing device whereby movement of a movable part can be prevented from being affected with by dust. SOLUTION: The cylinder fixing device 1 is provided with a belt 11 and a fastening means 12. The fastening means 12 is equipped with a first sliding member 16 to which ends 11a and 11b of the belt 11 are attached so as to confront along the peripheral direction of a cylinder 4, a second sliding member 17, and a connection member 18 capable of approaching and separating the members 16 and 17. The connection member 18 is provided with a rear part 37 extending from a front part 36 fixed by a rotor 23L of the first sliding member 16 to the second sliding member 17, an operation knob 32 is screwed onto a part of the rear part 37 penetrating a rotor 23R of the second sliding member 17, and a spring 33 intervenes between the rotor 23R and the operation knob 32.
