PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet applied on skin formable without using an organic solvent, having excellent adhesiveness to the skin, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to give very little stimulation to the skin or very little damage to the keratin in the skin. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet applied on skin comprises a support body and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer layered on the support body. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed by curing a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition including the following components A, B and C. A is a polyether polymer with at least one alkenyl group at the terminal, B is a compound with 1-10 hydrosilyl groups in a molecule, and C is a hydrosilylation catalyst.
