PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which guarantees higher security by transmitting issued connection information being left invisible between each media, and automatically connecting a cellular phone to an application server or a RAS server at an information communication terminal, through the use of a code capable of being transmitted locally from the cellular phone to the information communication terminal, and through constitution of an automatic authentication system with an authentication server and a RADIUS server at the center thereof by the application server or the RAS server. SOLUTION: If a login user authentication part authenticates an ID and a password inputted from a cellular phone as being legitimate, mail generated by encrypting the connection information is transmitted to the cellular phone, the cellular phone transmits the code locally to the information communication terminal, after decoding, the decoded connection information is used to make a request for connection to the application server, and if it is decided that the decoded connection information is legitimate, the use of application is permitted.
