PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a wideband characteristic with a shape of a high degree of freedom. SOLUTION: Radiation plates 1a and 1b are adjacently arranged with a symmetrical line L as a boundary so as to have a gap 21 having a prescribed gap length. The gap 21 is formed so as to be gradually widened toward an opened end (cut opening) with a power feeding part 3 as a basic point. The power feeding part 3 is provided at a prescribed position near an opened end (cut opening at the lower end of the radiation plates 1a and 1b) in the slot longitudinal direction of the gap 21 and receives power from an unillustrated coaxial feeding cable. When the full length in the slot longitudinal direction is defined as s, the distance f from the opened end of the gap 21 to the power feeding part 3 is made to be s/3±10%.
