SYSTEM FOR DETECTING ABNORMALITY OF VEHICLE AND METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective and reliable system for detecting the abnormality of a vehicle and a method therefor, by detecting the presence of abnormality on a carriage and a vehicle body with sound measurement to integrate with detailed viewing focused body parts and hammering tests when they are put out or put in a rail yard. SOLUTION: The system provides rail joints on a part of a traveling rail in the vehicle base; catches vibrations of the carriage and each portion of the vehicle body with a sound when they are slowly passed through these rail joints at a constant speed (5-10 km/h) by ground equipment; and detects the abnormality by the comparison with a normal state.
