PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable cost reduction and replacement of a lamp without removing a lamp cover, in a refrigerator having a lamp and a duct in it. SOLUTION: In the refrigerator having a refrigerating chamber 8 formed by filling foamed insulation material between an inner box 11 and an outer box 12 and the lamp 17 on a back face of the refrigerating chamber 8, a lamp socket 14 fixed to the inner box 11 of a refrigerating chamber back face before the foamed insulation material is filled is provided and the lamp 17 is set to the lamp socket 14 and fixed so that the lamp 17 is below the lamp socket 14, a cooling air duct 15 is provided on the back face of the refrigerating chamber, the lamp cover 16 for covering a front face of the lamp 17 is integrally formed with the cooling air duct 15, an opening part is provided below the lamp cover 16 so that the lamp17 can be attached to and removed from the opening part. Thus, the number of parts can be decreased and assembly cost can be reduced. In addition, the lamp 17 can be replaced without removing the cooling air duct 15 and the lamp cover 16.
