PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator provided with an inexpensive water feeder with a small number of components and a simple mechanism, allowing easy water supply operation, and not occupying a food storage space of an in-chamber shelf. SOLUTION: In the refrigerator, a tank unit is composed of a water storage tank 17, a tank cover 25, and a seal packing 33, the tank cover 25 has a rear protrusion 25a, the tank cover 25 is fastened to the water storage tank 17 by the rear protrusion 25a via the seal packing 33, and the tank unit is composed so that its structure is simplified and compactified. By this, the water storage tank 17 can be installed in an upper part of the door in-chamber shelf, and the food storage space in the door in-chamber shelf can be set largely.
