PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice making machine having a single water tank and a plurality of ice making units, transmitting a drainage situation of each the ice making unit to the other ice making unit at a low cost to smoothly execute water supply and drainage operation of the water tank. SOLUTION: This ice making machine IM has: two ice making units U1, U2; the single water tank 9 storing water supplied to the ice making units U1, U2; a water supply valve WV2 controlling supply of water to the water tank 9; and drainage valves WV11, WV12 provided in the respective ice making units U1, U2, controlling drainage of water from the ice making units U1, U2. The respective ice making units U1, U2 respectively have controllers 31, 32, and the controllers 31, 32 are connected by signal lines 41, 42 for transmitting control states of the drainage valves WV11, WV12 by changes of potential.
