PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plate excellent in gas cutting durability and to provide a protection structure using the metal plate. SOLUTION: A layer having heat radiation is formed at least on one of the surface of the metal plate. In a metal laminated plate consisting of two or more metal plates, the metal laminated plate is so constituted that the layer having heat radiation is formed at least on the surface of each metal plate.
