PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a culotte-type pleat skirt where a crotch part is arranged in the direction coincident with the body. SOLUTION: The culotte-type pleat skirt is made by arranging a 1st back body portion LB, a 1st front body portion LF, a 2nd front body portion RF and a 2nd back body portion RB as separate fabric pieces in this order so as to be cylindrical and sewing these portions adjoiningly. In this pleat skirt, the 1st front body portion LF and the 2nd front body portion RF differ in the number of pleats from each other and the 1st back body portion LB and the 2nd back body portion RB differ in the number of pleats from each other, thereby the crotch part B arranged so as to longitudinally cross the inside of an outer circumferential part A provided with pleats 1 is arranged in the direction coincident with the longitudinal direction of the body of a wearer when she wears the skirt.
