HEAT TREATMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively perform two-step quenching treatment for bearing parts, in a heat treatment system for heat-treating steel parts in two steps (primary heat treatment and secondary heat treatment). SOLUTION: This heat treatment system comprises the primary heat treatment device 1 for heating the bearing parts to an A1transformation temperature or higher with a heating machine 11, and then cooling it to a temperature lower than the A1transformation point to form a nitrogen-enriched layer on the surface of the bearing part; and the secondary heat treatment device 2 for subsequently heating transferred bearing parts to a temperature exceeding the A1transformation point but lower than the primary quenching temperature and then cooling it to a lower temperature than the A1transformation point. The primary heat treatment device 1 and the secondary heat treatment device 2 are connected each other, and the bearing parts carried out from the primary heat treatment device 1 are transferred to the secondary heat treatment device 2 through a conveyer 3.
