PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet-adhering epoxy resin by imparting tough rubber elasticity such as good follow-up property and peel strength to a general-purpose bisphenol A/F epoxy resin without using any amine-based curing catalyst. SOLUTION: The elastic epoxy resin is produced by blending a bisphenol A/F epoxy resin main base and a particulate citric acid (crystal) acryl resin emulsion so as to obtain a modified epoxy resin base having improved material properties and then using a urethan prepolymer as a curing agent for the thus obtained base.
