PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably position a treatment table that a radiation treatment apparatus has. SOLUTION: The treatment table is provided with a fixed end part and a plurality of driving mechanism systems connected from the fixed end part. Error estimation means 115-117 estimate positioning errors to a position command target value on the basis of the position posture target value 114 of the tip or preset point of the treatment table corresponding to each of the plurality of driving mechanism systems. Mechanism control systems 129-131 control the respective driving mechanism systems. Command value calculation means 118-120 add the position posture target value to the positioning error corresponding to each driving mechanism system estimated by the error estimation means, calculate the positioning command value of the driving mechanism system and output the value to the mechanism control systems. Addition means 121 and 122 add the position posture target value to the positioning error corresponding to the driving mechanism system estimated by the error estimation means and output the added results to the error estimation means.
