PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the physiological activation effect of far infrared rays on the human body, to improve the warm feel (comfort) given to the human body by the far infrared rays, to improve the economic efficiency of moxibustion by repeatedly using the moxa considering the environment, to adjust the generation of heat of the moxibustion, and to allow a user to enjoy the health promotion effect provided by the far infrared rays emitted from lava and various kinds of rich minerals. SOLUTION: A lava mold is formed by molding lava in a prescribed shape or by hardening lava powder in a prescribed shape. The lava mold is heated by a dielectric heater and stored in a holding frame for holding the lava mold in such a way that the face brought into contact with the skin of the user does not directly touch the skin with a prescribed gap in-between.
