PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical rise and fall bed not requiring an extra installation space even in a tilting operation. SOLUTION: This electrical rise and fall bed 10 is provided with a pair of bases 11 and 11, a head board 12 and a foot board 13 supported at the bases 11 and 11, respectively, a lift mechanism vertically raising/lowering the head board 12 and the foot board 13 relative to the bases 11, and a pair of frames 14 and 14 connecting the head board 12 and the foot board 13 to each other.
