PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a token lending machine which corresponds to all models with slots located in different positions on game machines. SOLUTION: A direction changing device 80 is constituted to throw a token M1 in the slot 17 directly through a chute member 110 by changing the direction of the side of the token M1 to match with the direction of the side of the token M1 thrown into the slot 17 when the token M1 falls while keeping the upright position. For example, if the direction of the side of the token M1 thrown into the slot 17 is converted because of the change in the model of the game machine 10, the token M1 is directly thrown into the slot 17 through the chute member 110 by matching the direction of the side of the token which is lifted and conveyed with the direction of the side of the token M1 thrown into the slot 17 by the direction changing device 80.
