PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel detaching instrument which is easily inserted into a clearance between the outer periphery and the substrate of a narrow interior panel or a clearance between the head of a clip and the interior panel, does not damage the interior panel, and can respond to various attaching states, and to provide a clip detaching instrument as the panel detaching instrument. SOLUTION: This panel detaching instrument is an instrument for detaching the interior panel attached into an automobile. The panel detaching instrument has a tip member having a thin plate-like tip becoming thin gradually toward the tip and a handle part attached to the other end of the tip member.
