PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading device for a centerless grinding machine capable of shortening workpiece loading time, improving grinding efficiency and reducing a device cost. SOLUTION: This loading device for the centerless grinding machine is provided with a workpiece lifting part 6 provided with a workpiece holder 7 for holding a workpiece W, and put in vertically lifting operation, and a workpiece lateral moving part 5 reciprocating the workpiece lifting part 6 horizontally between a grinding part P and a workpiece carry-in/out part O. A lifting mechanism of the workpiece lifting part 6, and a lateral moving mechanism of the workpiece lateral moving part 5 are composed of rack and pinion mechanisms. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
