METHOD OF SEPARATING AND ASSAYING ADIPONECTIN MULTIMER

<p num="1"><br/><br/><br/>It is intended to provide a method of separating adiponectin, which occurs in <br/>the form of various multimer species in a biological sample, and <br/>immunologically assaying the same; and a method of separating and assaying an <br/>adiponectin multimer to get data that cannot be obtained by merely assaying <br/>these adiponectin multimers in total, thereby more accurately evaluate the <br/>relationship between adiponectin and diseases. Namely, a method of separating <br/>and assaying an diponectin multimer in a biological sample characterized by <br/>comprising separating the adiponectin multimer to be assayed from other <br/>adiponectin multimer species by using a protease and/or an antibody and <br/>immunologically assaying the same.<br/>
