<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile telephone with imaging function and a control method thereof, for providing an image of a telephone caller, with natural expressions and the sight line of which coincides with that of a camera. <P>SOLUTION: A storage section 102 stores, in advance, the image of the caller whose sight line is coincident with the camera 101. An image replacement means 111 pastes the image of the caller stored in advance in the storage section 102 and whose sight line is coincident with the camera to the image of the caller during talking photographed by the camera 101 to create the image of the caller whose sight line is corrected.
