摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image diagnostic device, an image display device and a three-dimensional image display method capable of stable moving image display by image data for fly-through at the time of performing fly-through display on the basis of three-dimensional image data time-sequentially obtained for a testee body. <P>SOLUTION: In MPR image data generated from 3D image data of an initial time phase T0, by using the information of the view point/line-of-sight direction of an initially set virtual endoscope mode (fly-through display) and the 3D image data of the initial time phase T0 and a time phase T1, respective fly-through image data are generated, and the view point/line-of-sight direction at the time phase T1 are automatically set by calculating deviations among images in the image data. Then, the fly-through image data of the time phase T1 are generated from the view point/line-of-sight direction of the time phase T1 and the 3D image data of a reference time phase T1. In the time phase T2 and thereafter, the view point/line-of-sight direction of the time phase Tn are set from the 3D image data of the time phase Tn and the time phase Tn-1 and the view point/line-of-sight direction of the time phase Tn-1, and the fly-through image data of the time phase Tn are generated on the basis of the 3D image data of the time phase Tn and the view point/line-of-sight direction of the time phase Tn. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
