<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emission system for a fuel cell proper for a vehicle layout. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust system for the fuel cell provided with a fuel cell system mixing exhaust fuel discharged from the fuel cell generating electricity by being supplied with fuel and air through a circulation path with newly supplied fuel to supply it to the fuel cell and diluting exhaust hydrogen temporarily discharged from the circulation path of the fuel cell system by a purge etc. with exhaust air discharged from the fuel cell and discharging it into the atmospher has a junction part 2 diluting the concentration of the exhaust hydrogen by mixing the exhaust hydrogen with the exhaust air, an emission pipe line 3 diluting the concentration of the exhaust hydrogen mixed in the unction part by passing the exhaust gas discharged from the junction part 2 through the pipeline by a prescribed length with air, and a dilution device 4 arranged in the downstream of the emission pipe line 3 and diluting the concentration of the exhaust hydrogen in the exhaust gas introduced by the dilution space 11 having a cross section area larger than that of the exhaust pipe line 3 with air and discharging it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
