PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission device capable of more accurately transmitting a state corresponding to the contents of sentences.

SOLUTION: The information transmission device 100 displays sentences on a display part 120 on the basis of sentence data having a plurality of character data by using a display control means in a processing part 170. When a viewing point recognition means 160 recognizes that a user's viewing point is located on a prescribed word or the like displayed on the display part 120, an effective sound control means in the processing part 170 allows a sound output part 130 to output an effective sound related to the prescribed word. Thereby information concerned with the prescribed word can be provided to the user also by the effective sound outputted from the sound output part 130 in addition to characters displayed on the display part 120. Consequently a state corresponding to the contents of the sentences can be more accurately transmitted to the user.
