PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile extracting construction method and a heterogeneous coating material of a pile making a pile, reusable by easily extracting only the pile from an installation earth retaining wall body, regardless of the excavation depth, after constructing a structure. SOLUTION: This heterogeneous coating material 10 has side surface paper 11 formed on an outer peripheral surface in the longitudinal direction of the pile 100, and cap paper 12 formed in the lower stage of the pile 100. The pile can be easily extracted and reused by the pile extracting construction method including an excavating process of forming an excavation hole 101 in the objective ground, a coating material forming process of covering an outer peripheral surface of the pile 100 with the heterogeneous coating material 10, a pile inserting process of inserting the pile 100 into the excavation hole 101, a hardening wall placing process of placing a hardening material between the excavation hole 101 and the heterogeneous coating material 10, and a pile extracting process of extracting the pile 100 after constructing the structure.
