PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet type display device which has stable sealing and prevents a spacer from flowing even when the sheet is bent by using a film type substrate. SOLUTION: An auxiliary electrode (41c) to improve close contact is disposed between a transparent electrode (41a) and a sealing member (42S). The spacer (32S) is formed into such a figure that its contact area with a film substrate 41A carrying the transparent electrode is smaller than its contact area with a film substrate (41B) carrying a metal electrode (41b).
