PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase job efficiency by arranging facsimile transmission jobs in a series via a network. SOLUTION: A first facsimile machine 100 gives file specifying information 14 of a transmission object file to agent software 50 and the agent software 50 starts a proper application on the basis of the file specifying information 14. The first facsimile machine 100 directly converts a prescribed file on a data converter 200 into image contents via the network by utilizing the function to fax the contents to prescribed destinations by having only to operate a facsimile machine main body.
