PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor module with a fuse which can surely shield a fault current even when current capacity of system is large, surely prevent arc discharge at a welded part when the fuse blows, and show the functions of capacitor in the normal part by separating only a defective part. SOLUTION: The capacitor with the fuse in which a fuse element 10 is connected in series to a capacitor 2 is connected in the plural sets in parallel to an input/output electrodes 3a, 3b which are arranged on a substrate 1. Moreover, the fuse element 10 connected in series to the individual capacitor 2 is divided into a plurality of elements to prevent arc discharge by lowering discharge energy. Moreover, as the fuse element 10, at least a kind of material is used by selection from a group of a metal wire, a metal terminal, a metal pattern arranged on the substrate, and a conductive resin.
