PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that is applicable to low temperature fixing systems, excelling in both of anti-offsetting property and heat resistance storability and especially even when repeatedly used for a multiplicity of sheets over a prolonged period of time, is free from aggregation of toner particles, being minimized with respect to deterioration of fluidity, transferability and fixability, and that irrespective of the type of transfer medium, can form stable images free of transfer omission with high reproduction performance, and that does not stain the fixing apparatus and images; etc. SOLUTION: There is provided the toner comprised of toner materials, preferably characterized in that providing that Tma (°C) refers to the 1/2 outflow temperature, measured by Koka-type flow tester, of the toner and Tmb (°C) to the 1/2 outflow temperature, measured by Koka-type flow tester, of melt kneading matter of the toner, the relationship 0°C≤ΔTm(whereinΔTm represents Tma-Tmb)≤20°C is satisfied and the Tma is in the range of 130 to 200°C.
