PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of obtaining the image of high quality by making reproduction positions of a plurality of colors uniform irrespective of differences in diameter among photoreceptor drums. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is equipped with a plurality of image formation parts 1Y to 1K which form toner images and a transfer body 20 which move facing the image formation parts 1Y to 1K and to which the toner images are transferred from the image formation parts 1Y to 1K. The plurality of image formation parts are equipped with rotating photoreceptor drums 10 and 10' respectively. A part of photoreceptor drums 10' among the plurality of photoreceptor drums has a larger diameter than other photoreceptor drums 10. Formation conditions C(Y) to C(K) of image formation at the respective image formation parts 1Y to 1K are different according to differences in diameter among photoreceptor drums 10 and 10' provided to the image formation parts 1Y to 1K.
