PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel device for distributing and sucking a small amount of fluid, so as to shorten the treating time and to impart a uniform velocity and pressure, to a flow of the fluid in lines of the device. SOLUTION: The first pair 7 of lines 8, 9 are branched from main lines 2, 3, the second pair 10 of lines 12-15 are branched from respective tips thereof, the third pair of lines 16-19 are branched from respective tips thereof, small-diametr distribution/suction tubes 30-37 are connected to the tips thereof, and those are projected from the body of the device 1.
