PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving motor mounting structure, reducing the transmission of vibration of a driving motor to a vehicle body and improving the efficiency of work for removing the driving motor. SOLUTION: This driving motor mounting structure for disposing and fixing the driving motor 1 in a motor room 2 includes a vibration restraining member 3 for restraining the vibration transmitted from the driving motor 1, a first bracket 5 for fixing the vibration restraining member 3 to the inner side surface 4a of a side member 4 in the motor room 2, and a second bracket 5 for fixing the driving motor 1 to the vibration restraining member 3. The first bracket 5 is fixed to the inner side surface 4a of the side member 4, and one end part of the second bracket 6 is connected to the driving motor 1 with the driving motor 1 disposed under the side member 4, the other end part 6a on the opposite side thereto is fixed to the vibration restraining member 3.
