PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking material for easily and safely performing a series of operations at the time of sticking it to the skin or the like. SOLUTION: For the sticking material, a supporting layer, an adhesive material layer and a separator are laminated in this order, and the separator is divided into two areas by an L-shaped cutting line 1 for division. Of the two areas, in the L-shaped first area 3 with a recessed part, a cut line 2 from a corner part of the recessed part to the outer shape line of the separator is provided halfway and the length of the cut line 2 30-90% of the length of a line segment from the origin of the cut line 2 to the outer shape line of the separator.
