PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily detachable economical quilt cover which is hardly detached during use and is conveniently carried. SOLUTION: The rectangular quilt cover made of nonwoven fabric is composed of two layers and the two layers are in contact at four sides of the rectangle. One layer is constituted of a whole surface sheet, and the other layer is provided with a part positioned on the outer peripheral part of the whole surface sheet and constituting two side pockets of width 5-40 cm for inserting right and left end parts of a quilt, a part constituting an upper pocket of the width 10-50 cm for inserting the upper end part of the quilt and a part constituting a lower pocket of the width 10-50 cm for inserting the lower end part of the quilt together. The side pockets are each communicated with the upper pocket and the lower pocket, and the basic weight of the nonwoven fabric is 10 g/m<SP>2</SP>to 80 g/m<SP>2</SP>. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
