<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oil and fat composition for improving wetting properties of cocoa powder enabling obtaining cocoa powder improved in wetting properties through treating the cocoa powder. <P>SOLUTION: This oil and fat composition for improving wetting properties of the cocoa powder comprises (a) oil and fat, (b) a polyglyceryl fatty acid ester and (c) a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
