<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily deciding the specifications of a fuel cell and a capacitor constituting a fuel cell power generation system, according to the electric load connected to the fuel cell power generation system. <P>SOLUTION: The specifications of the fuel cell and the capacitor connected in parallel with the fuel cell are decided by the first process (STEP10) of deciding the limit value di/dt#lm of the increase rate di/dt of output current density per unit cell area of the fuel cell, according to the operation mode of the electric load connected to at least the fuel cell system, the second process (STEP11) of getting the internal resistance Rfc of the fuel cell from the current/voltage (I-V) property of the fuel cell geared to di/dt#lm decided in the first process, and the third process (STEP12-STEP14) of deciding Rcap so that the property value being calculated by performing the weighting multiplication of the Rfc obtained in the second process and the internal resistance Rcap of the capacitor may enter the range of 0.7≤K≤6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
