PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring substrate in which distortion of a waveform caused by an unnecessary stub is prevented to establish stabilized operation to cope with operation frequency increase. SOLUTION: In the wiring substrate on which a surface-mount part is to be mounted, a land to be connected to an arbitrary pin of the surface-mount part is composed of a group of two members or more. In the configuration in which the surface-mount part is mounted on the wiring substrate, the members of the land group are mutually conducted electrically by the pin, which corresponds to the land group, of the surface-mount part. In the configuration in which the surface-mount part is not mounted on the wiring substrate, the members of the land group are not mutually conducted electrically. The pin, which corresponds to the land group, of the surface-mount part is a pin to which any signal is not inputted and from which any signal is not outputted in the surface-mount part itself.
